Can Enlarged Adenoids Cause Intracranial Hypertension?

Can enlarged adenoids caused intracranial hypertension? I have heard that sleep aponea can be a cause for intracranial hypertension and I am awaiting results as to whether I have Secondary IH rather than IIH. I also know that sleep aponea can be caused by enlarged adenoids, as this happened to my brother as a child and he had to have them removed along with his tonsils. Could this be the case for me? I am also suffering from tinnitus and struggle to breath through my nose, regularly getting nose bleeds. Thank you.
