General & Family Physician 's  Response
ALT is an enzyme if liver which is elevated in liver disorders. In gall bladder disease also, there are chances of increase in ALT.
increased TSH levels with decreased T3 and T4 levels indicates hypothyroidism. In this condition, due to lipid derrangements in serum, the patients are more prone for gall stone disease.
Following this, there may be elevation of ALT.
