Can Elephantitis Cause Increased Sexual Desire?

My boyfriend has elephantitis concentrated on his genitalia. He doesn't like to talk much about it, because he's very shy. So, I don't want to ask him and risk hurting his feelings. He is extremely horny ALL the time. Is this normal? Is is caused by his elephantitis?

Elephantiasis and high sexual desire are actually not so related. but its a mind of your partner which thinks about sex all the time. So, Diverting mind in some other activities might be helpful for overcome from sex addiction.

Also other possibility is that you are not sexually satisfied so that your mind always thinks about it for the solution of same go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

Even your sex desire will increase because of that and for more you may have to use different position of sex. It may gives you more satisfaction and even more excitement and total pleasure than normal intercourse.
