Can Ejaculating Inside Mouth Cause Painful Mouth Sores?

im 20 5'5 and 124..i have no medical history.. Ok this is kind of embarrassing but my boyfriend Ejaculated in my mouth and right after there was tingle and the next morning i had about 5 soars in my mouth on the top left. could that be herpes or just something in his seman is giving me soars there very painful...

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain mouth sores after ejaculation seems to be due to due to either allergic reaction to semen..
Herpes has an incubation period of 2-12 days and it occurs atleast after 2 days and upto after12 days of exposure to virus..
So it doesn't seems to be the cause..
I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles, gargle with numbing mouthwash if there is pain and also take Ibuprofen..
You can also gargle with soda bicarb solution..
Maintain a proper Oral hygiene and avoid further exposure to semen..
Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food to prevent irritation..
