Can Eating Chocolate Result In Fainting?

one of my friends took a bite out of a bar of chocolate yesterday and immediately fainted. he came round after about 5 seconds. he said this had happened to him previosly a few months back when eating chocoalte again. we are spculating whether the casuses could be anaphylactic shock or diabetes perhepas. do you have any ideas what could cause it please?

Fainting attack after eating chocolate is actually quite uncommon. My advice to you is -
*Fainting attack after eating chocolate is not due to diabetes.. Usually Fainting occurs when usually blood sugar is low.. Which is actually relieved by taking chocolate. So it's not diabetes. Still if you want to confirm - do her fasting blood sugar levels.
*Fainting after chocolate indicates allergy to some ingredient in that. So kindly go for allergy test which includes most of the substances we it.. Then you get confirmation and consult allergy specialist for that..
