Can Diabetes Cause Stiffness And Pain In The Thigh?

Please describe the reason & treatment that i am diabetic from 10 yrs & i have stiffness & pain in my thigh if i walk for some time.I heve take pregalin tab for 15 days & iam taking neurobion tab from 24 days but there is no relief.Please answer me.Thank you very much.

Hi
The drugs you are mentioned are mainly to address the peripheral neuropathy associated with diabetes. PN causes tingling and numbness and burning sensation in feet and sole.
But your problems seems to be of joint involvement
You may need further evaluation in the form of imaging ( x ray) and blood tests.
Consult a doctor
Meanwhile you can use NSAIDs (pain killers ) eg:-ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily after food ,for symptomatic improvement
