Can Dettol Be Used While Bathing For Infant With Eczema?
hi my baby got eczma from last three months as he is just 6 months old so i want to ask can i use detol in his water bath as m just using oliatum bath for him. and i have used so many things doctors said its fungal infection as well along with eczma

I really appreciate your concern, you are saying that the baby has got eczema if this is so then the eczema should be treated with proper treatment and not with the Dettol or something like this, such thing wont cure the disease instead this could create some other problem, hope this information helps you have nice day.
