Can Depression And Bipolar Disorder Be Symptoms Of PTSD?
I realized recently I don t react to being yelled at well. I suffer from depression and bipolar disorder. I got in an arguement with my mom over something simple and for the next few hours I couldn t function or stop crying. Is it possible I have PTSD?
It is not PTSD. In PTSD, patient should have very severe traumatic experience. In your case, it is an adjustment disorder. You should try some relaxation exercise after such kind of incident. That would help you to control such symptoms. You can also consult a psychologist for such technique. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
