Can Depo Shots Cause Fatigue And Heavy Breast?

we have been ttc for a year. So far I am 9dpo and current signs are fatigue, breast feel heavy. at 7 dpo I did have a light pink mentral flow once durring the day. At 3 dpo I felt a light pain on the bottom right side of my stomach. My schedule period is 4 days and so far my pregnancy test have been negative but all these signs make me think I am is this normal

Depo injection will prevent pregnancy but as it is hormonal pill it will bring changes in body among which is heaviness of breast. You can course other methods eg: contraceptive pills or IUDs or barrier method.
