welcome to Health care magic.
1.Carbuncle/furuncles are general seen in this areas. They are what you are calling bumps with discharge and foul smell.
2.An advise for that is stop shaving for a while and trim instead until complete healing, avoid sprays as well - as they do cause irritant character for the underlying cause.
3.Use rool instead, at least for some time.
4.If you think there is pus discharge then let your doctor examine and gives you a cycle of antibiotic treatment and followup.
5.Try to maintain hygiene and do not scrub - just a gentle wash is enough.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
