Can Delay In Periods, Nausea And Cramping Be Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hello my period was 11 days late . my boyfriend and i stopped using protection in Feb. 2013 . my period isnt isually regular but lastnight I threw up twice feeling very nauceous. Cramping is very high and now I am spotting. Could I be pregnant or is something else wrong?

Hi. It can be pregnancy.But get a pelvic scan done to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
Also see urine ex. and any infection in urine or any other cause for pain in pelvic scan.Sometimes torsion of ovary/ovarian cyst can also cause high cramping and vomiting.
