if you have ovarion cysts that are on both ovaries does that cause common pain? also does it cause sex to be very uncomfortable? also i have seen and read things about vaginal discharge and for some reason everything keeps popping up as results from either cancer or cysts.
In my opinion, your symptoms can be due to pelvic infection or inflammation. Ovarian cysts usually cause a kind of dull, dragging type of pain. Pain occurs during or after sexual activity can be due to Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
I will suggest you to get gynecology checkup done including per speculum and per vaginal examination. This will help to know about cervical erosion or polyp as a cause of your vaginal discharge and uterine pathology as cause of your post coital pain. Please get Pap smear done, to know about and out cervical cancer.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 10 days. Also, please get your partner's checkup done for any lesion on his external genitalia and get him treatment if needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
