Can Cyst In Ovary Cause White Spots On Back And Genitals?
I just recently had an abortion and only then was I informed that I had a tiny cyst on my ovary. I m sure it can be removed but I was wondering if there was a chance that the white/redish spots that I have on my back and genitals could have been caused by it. Furthermore, is there anything to speed the process of them regaining pigment? I intend on getting the cyst removed but I guess my whole question is could the cyst have caused these white spots to form?
Pigmentation of skin is not caused by cyst in ovaries, however changes in hormones in body can lead to pigmentation. If the cyst is larger than 5 cm than you need to undergo blood test like CA 125 , HE 4 ,ROMA. Wait for 6 months before getting pregnant again. Start folic acid 5 mg od prior to trying conceiving again. Repeat ultrasound in 6 weeks to see for decrease in size. As some cyst decrease in size like follicular cyst.
