Polycystic ovarian syndrome or disease is usually a condition which cannot be completely reversed but the progression of the condition can be controlled to a certain extent with medications to help suppress the symptoms and also promote fertility. Some women do experience difficulty with conception later on in life, but this is a very small percentage and even these women successfully deliver with the help of a doctors advise and treatment. My only advise to you right now would be to listen to your doctor, follow a particular diet, lose weight if you are obese or overweight for your height, and take the prescribed medication given by your doctor.
