General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your concerns carefully and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

Your intestinal symptoms are not related to cymbalta and ativan use. They might be related to intestinal problems:
- infection
- gastritis
- gallbladder/liver problems

Further tests are necessary to be conducted in order to determine the right cause:
- culture of stool
- abdominal ultrasound
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- complete blood work
- urine analysis

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Wish fast recovery!
