Hi. My girlfriend and I are traveling in a remote town in Spain. Today she wasn't hungry, then later got shakes and went to bed; she just vomited a lot of liquid. Doesn't seem to have a fever. No hospital nearby. Yesterday an old man gave us a bag of almonds and she ate 8-12 of them. Other than that we've had the same foods. Could cyanide poisoning take that long? If so, what do we do? She can't get out of bed, but I checked her fingers, no blue under the nails; she's alert; she is repelled by water or food...
