Can Continuous Burning Pain In The Back Of The Throat And Chest Indicate MI Or A Possible MI?

I am a 52 old female. I have been having burning pain in the back of my throat and in my chest for three days. I have an appointment with my PCP on Wed 1/29/14. The pain is moderate about 4 on scale of 1-10. I am overweight by about 50 pounds and smoke about 5 cigarettes a day. The pain is continuous. I don't have the nausea, sweating, jaw, or arm pain. The pain is not aggravated by activity or eased by rest. I have been taking two 81mg aspirins a day. The pain is uncomfortable. Could I be having a MI or already had one?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your worry, this is not the indication of MI (Myocardial infarction) nor it could be possibly cardiac related symptoms, but this is sign of acid reflex disease, if I would be your doctor then I would definitely treat you with the following drug with the advise, to stop the smoking and aspirin(for time being) too.
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time for three months
Hope for the good result take care and have good time.
