Can Constant Pain And Inflammation In The Knees Be Cured Using Homeopathy?

I am 51 yes old lady and have knee pain for the last 6 months.after blood tests my ESR is 63....RA is 92...CRP is 2.7.what is this condition and can it be cured by homeopathy.....I have constant pain n inflammation in my knees and my day today life has come to halt.Please answer..
