Can Concussion Cause High Blood Pressure?

I had a concussion and whiplash 2 years ago. Problems with dizziness and walking since. Got sent for pharmaceutical stress echo to a screen for hcom but reacted badly nearly passed out cold sweaty sick dizzy prickly left arm , my heart beat harder at first but then suddenly slowed down. When I walk and try to go faster or uphill I go dizzy and legs can t physically do it but the strength is okay now after physio. Can concussion/previous spinal cord compression have affected heart function?

Less likely. Because high blood pressure is the result of high heart functon plus increase vessels resistance. so other factors like age, male sex, high sugure, high cholestrol, smoking, high salt diet contribute mainly in high BP.
