General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of Clarithromycin. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Tylenol for the headache. I suggest to stop the medication and you can consult your doctor about an an alternative antibiotic depending on the diagnosis.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
