Can Circumferential Discuss Bulge Cause Shoulder Pain And Numbness?

My symptoms are weakness in my upper left shoulder, numbness and tingling that comes and goes down left arm, headaches, severe pain in neck and left shoulder. I had a fusion at c4 and c5. New MRI shows small circumferential discuss bulge at C3-4 and the thecal sac is mildly indented anteriorly at c3-4. Could this be the cause of my symptoms?

Firstly, there shoiuld be examination of shoulder movements to rule out accompanying periarthritis of the shoulder, especially shoulder rotatory and abduction(raising of arm), if there is non restriction as such in movement, then MRI findings have to be coroborated to disc pressure on nerve root.so, kindly get back to the spine/ortho surgeon for assessment physically.Wear a cervical collar in meantime and avoid load and jerks to neck.
