Can Chlamydia Infection Spread After Being Treated With Azithromycin?
hello yesterday i went to the doctor and was treated with azithromycin 1 dose for chlamydia and had protected sex within 48 hours with my bf and gave him unprotected sex what are the chances of the treatment not working and will he get an infection by me performing oral sex on him.

Azithromycin needs to be taken ifor full course of 3-5 days for its action against chlamydia.
Hence just taking one dose will not be of help in providing protection against the spread of infection.
