I have prostrate cancer and my PSA was going down, but It went back up in the 400's and I am wondering if chewing tobacco could have caused my PSA to rise? I am 69, 216 Pounds 6 foot with my shoes and the cancer is in the bones and I had Chemo three weeks ago, blood drawn yesterday.
No, the chewing tobacco is most likely irrelevant and the cancer in the bones if it is prostate cancer is much more likely to be the cause of the elevated PSA.
