Can Chest Pain And Throat Choking Be Symptoms For Heart Disease?

hi i have been a smoker for quite some time and i have really tried to quit for the past year and i did manage though sometimes i have replaps and i find it difficult to stop, for the past three days my heart has been feeling abnormal as if its pounding of having difficulty in pumping normally,i have as well experienced chest pains and and something choacking on my throat as if its a stuck object of a pics of an apple that wont just go and a s a result it gives me discomforts, i suffer from ulcers as well but i thought its gastroenterology GRED im not sure but could i be having heart disease?

Any pain at this setting should be investigated as HEART PAIN – UNLESS PROVED OTHERWISE –
In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.

You SHOULD SEE YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise
