Hi, My husband has been diagnosed with Azospermia, he had taken chemotherapy treatment a year ago and is very fine now, it has been more than a year now, is it because of chemo, how do we get over it, we want a baby and we are trying hard. Please help us.

you have azoospermia secondary to chemotherapy. some patients may have return to normal semen analysis after sometime but who have that, cannot be predicted. probably you should go for artifical insemination donor.
