Can Cerazette Help In Birth Control?

Hi,I used to take cerazette for irregular periods. But I stopped few months ago because my period started to become normal. Last night I had unprotected sex and I took a cerazette pill as a prevention. Will it be effective in any way? Even if doesn t work as a morning after pill will it mess up my cycle?
