Hi,

Celestamine is an antihistamine which is useful to relieve the symptoms of allergy, itch and anaphylaxis. Its safety in newborns and infants (age less than 1 yr) and pregnant females has not been proven so please avoid it till tomorrow, till you consult a pediatric dermatologist. For the time being, you can apply coconut oil and ice pack gently to reduce the inflammation, redness and itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
