Can Carbs Affect Veins Badly?

For the past few days, I can feel my left arm ache (like in the veins) after I eat a large lunch (usually consists of carbs and sugars). This has happen 3 times already since the middle of last week. Any suggestions - I fear it s the obvious, the garbage I ate from fast-food.

hi,i understand your concern,, carbs are very usefull for our body and it depends which type of carb you are consuming as per glycemic index..these carbs are geneally healthy like whole grain wheat, fruits, oats, brown rice, sprouts, vegitables,On the other hand, refined carbs include sugar-sweetened beverages, fruit juices, pastries, white bread, white pasta, white rice and others.

Numerous studies show that refined carbohydrate consumption is associated with health problems like obesity and type 2 diabetes They tend to cause major spikes in blood sugar levels, which leads to a subsequent crash that can trigger hunger and cravings for more high-carb foods..
i hope it can help you..
