Hi! need some more information from you in order to rule out the bunion. have pain on exactly the same place with a small modification of my foot, very painful when i were high heels, sometimes pain during the night sleep, but only at one foot. Can this be a bunion or osteoarthritis? hats the best way to find out what exactly have ? Thank you
