Can Breathlessness And Fast Heart Beat Be A Symptom Of Graves Disease Even Though Of Regular Physical Activity?

Hi I have recently been diaganosed with Graves Disease. I exercise regularly i.e run 2ce a week and do weights and cardio twice a week and pilates once a week. I am getting breathless - is this a symptom? Also when I was running up a hill this morning, my heart - rate went up to 190 - I am 50 years old. Is this an issue?
