Can Bony Abnormality With Lumbar Lordosis Be Treated?

I am 21 years old..I had pain in lower back.So my dr told me to do x-ray.Report showa no significant bony abnormalities and lumbar lordosis is reduced due to muscle spasm.The dr prescribed me us therepy and rest.I want to know is it serious?N can it be cured so that it wont occur again?thanks.

Hi,

Lumbar lordosis is not a serious problem, it is just a muscle strain, get physiotherapy,avoid bending and weight lifting, give hot fomentation, apply over the counter pain killer gels.
