Can Boil On Testis Imply Cancer?

I have a boil on the right outside layer of the testis, This is there for almost 3 months. I have consulted DErmatologist and have been taking Augme..Doxy...and even Injections. Still it is persisting and it is painfull. Is this a symptoms of Cancer?

Iunderstand your concern It is unlikely to be cancer as cancers are usually painless and it will progress in size since you have taken antibiotics and injectins it must have become an antibioma so any further antibiotics may not help. You may c o nsult a surgeon and do a drainage of abcess .If there is any suspicion of cancer a biopsy from the boil is advisable
