Can Bloating, Light Headedness And Dizziness Be Due To Pregnancy?

Past few days i ve been bloated, gassy, light headed, had dizzy spells, and for the first time in 2 years i have the flu but im thinking i could be pregnant because when i got pregnant on my son i got the flu. The doctor said the pregnancy weakened my immune system do u think i am pregnant again. My periods are very regular and i didn t ovulate until the 15 of this month and i had sex on the 7th, unprotected. Is it possible i could have got pregnant on the 7th

Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

Bloating, light headedness and dizziness can be due to pregnancy but it is not a diagnostic test of pregnancy.

Also getting a flu is not a confirmatory sign of pregnancy.

I will advise you to get a urine pregnancy test done as that will tell you if you are pregnant or not.

Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy as you cannot be sure when exactly you ovulated. It can be early also.


Do let us know the results of the pregnancy test.
