Can Bleeding During Pregnancy Be A Cause Of Fear?

Hi, a month ago when I was 7 weeks pregnate I went to the ER for bleeding. They checked my hormone level and said it wasa dropping and that I was losing the baby. Its been a month and I am pregnate "again" however I think its the same baby from before and that I never really misscarried. I have not stopped cramping and feeling sick since the first pregnancy. Is it possible that the hormone level dropped but then went back up and it is the same baby?

Hi.

When the hormone level dropped the medical staff should have helped by at least prescribing progesterone oral pill, which I am hoping they did. If no contents of conception were passed then the pregnancg would have continued. Please go ahead with an ultrasound examination to evaluate the health of the baby as I feel it is being neglected and you are not well informed about the process that has to be undertaken to ensure the health of both the baby and the mother.

Best wishes.
