Can Blacking Out Be Related To Anemic?

Hello, I started my menstrual cycle today and had some really bad cramps this morning. But it went away after taking 600 mg of Ibuprofen. But I notice everytime I bend over or squat down and I get up, I black out. I do not have memory loss, but my vision goes black for a couple of seconds. Does that mean I'm anemic?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have anemia. Weaknesses and black out is very common in anemic person. It is more aggravated at time of bleeding. You should go for complete blood count and peripherals smear examination. Take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
