Can Be Stuck By Lightning Be The Cause Of Arthritis In Joints, Pain In Hip?

Recently 6 mos. ago I fell on my left hip and have been in a lot of pain dr.'s say that it is arthritis in the joint and I need to have a hip replacement but this happened at work so they are trying to blame arthritis. But also 3.5 years ago I was stuck by lightning on the job also could this be the cause of the arthritis/ Please help
