Can Back Pain, Nausea, Bloated Stomach And Abdominal Cramping Be Signs Of Pregnancy?
Ive been having backpain nausea bloated tummy abdominal cramping headaches and feeling lightheaded for a week now. I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend alot. He came once in me. Could i be pregnant? I got what i believe to be my menstrual cycle a week ago but it only lasted for a day then i had a very small amount of spotting of brow for 4 fays after that. Wich is highly unusual for me. My periods last a full 3 days.

If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
Sometimes spotting can be seen in early pregnancy.
So, check with urine pregnancy test kit.
If test gives positive results, consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound.
If test gives negative result, possibly you will get periods soon.
If you do not get periods even after one week, consult gynecologist once and take tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding.
Better to use some regular contraceptive measure.
