Can Back Pain Be Related To Low Vitamin-d ?

hi,i am f/29 and i have been diagnosed with very low vitamin d levels last year and have used medication for it...but after stopping the medicine as the doc prescribed my back has been hurting very badly ...now my entire body aches a lot...is this related to my vitamin deficiency??
