Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that she needs proper investigation for arthritis like X-ray of knee joint, ESR, CRP, RA factor ,uric acid and vitamin D3 level.

These lump might be due to blood clots in blood vessels. Doppler study of veins are needed to rule out the cause.

After getting the proper investigation consult with orthopedic doctor in your area. She needs proper treatment.

Hope my advise will be effective for you.

Thanks
