Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. You can get your vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 levels determined. Treatment of it is EvionLC, Mecobalamin and vitamin D3 if it is low. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are of help as it reduces pain and swelling. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. I think your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
