i did urine m/c/s and the result says pus cells=2-3/HPF. Epithelial cells= 4-6/HPF. bacteria cells=+. yeast cells and others=Nil. i m a female in mid-twenties

For a female patient the numbers of pus and epithelial cells you have are not significant. Howver, if you are symptomatic with burning or painful micturition, you have to take antibiotics.
yeast or candida may be contaminants until the report mentions that budding forms are seen.
