Your symptoms have to corelate with MRI findings..if low back pain and radiation is severe, then foraminotomy,disectomy and laminectomy and fusion of L4,5 may be decided upon by a spine surgeon.I f no radiation, pain confined to low back moderately,then wearing lumbosacral support brace, Myoril tab 1BD,p pregabelin 75mg 1BD,methycobalamin 1500 I.u. tab once daily,hot fomentation,application of voveran TPS gel,physical therapy may be advised ..
