u need to use a facewash like cetaphil face wash for oily skin twice to thrice a day. depending upon the severity of pimples u can be started on oral antibiotics like doxycycline or azithromycin with a topical retinoid cream like adapelene. kindly send in pics if possible for a better opinion.

Hi!Joy nemuel,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
If you feel acne is spoiling your face then you really need to see a dermatologist. You would either require isotretinoin tablets (which needs proper investigations and precautions before taking the tab)....or you need to go for hormonal assessment and rule out any hormonal imbalance .If that come positive then you need a hormonal medicines to treat your pimples.Other things -topical cream like clindamycins would be good ...drink plenty of water...use anti acne soap daily...take good night 7 hr sleep..dont squeeze your pimples..
take care,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Pimples/acne are a common issue, more so with oily skin there are some tips i will give you

1.make sure you do not have dandruff,if you do,then use an anti dandruffshampoo twice weekly
2. avoid oily food and eat lots of green leafy vegetables, they have antioxidants which remove the unwanted harmful substances from the body and cleanse them
3.drink lot of fluids daily as in fresh fruit juices, 2 to 3 lts of water do wonders to keep skin hydrated.
4.make sure you wash your face twice a day and not more than 3 times as over washing may cause dryness.
5.use a mild face wash, for your skin type,
and avoid cosmetics on your face. could also try vit E creams and aleovera ,these remove scars.
7 If it is still a problem , visit a dermatologist for topical creams and procedures .

wish you good health
