Can Anxiety Cause Hand Tremors?
I get hand shaking/tremors when I squeeze on something or apply pressure to my hands. I have been very anxious pretty much googling everything which has not helped my anxiety it only made it worse. Just want to know if this is normal or if I m going insane or I m actually very sick.

Do you have other signs like heat intolerance, takikardia , diarrhea, sweating? Does your hands tremor when you hold both arms paralel to the floor?
And anxiety can cause hand tremor yes.
You are not going insane and you aren't very sick either. Why do you feel anxious ?
Try to take yoga classes or meditate, it will help you to control your thoughts and your self .
