Can Anxiety And Bi-polar Depression Medicines Be Mixed?

My sister is taking the following medications: Lamital 100 mg Seroquel 50mg Trazadone 50mg Kiloprin 1m 2x day Does anything stand out to you as far as the mix of all these drugs together. I know some about these drugs and it seems a little excessive. She is being treated for anxiety and Bi-Polar depression. She sleeps all the time and has extreme mood swings...angers easily while on this cocktail. Thanks, Lisa

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In case of bipolar depression, lamital and trazodone is good option, but seroquel is a antipsychotic. If she remains sedated all time, in that case, seroquel could be tapered off and there is no need to give it. Bipolar depression is difficult to treat as compared to unipolar depression, so be patience and give her regular medications.

Thanks
