Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. General anesthesia can induce excessive blood clotting when hormone contraception is used simultaneously. As this is not so in your case, you need not worry about the after effects of surgery. Menstrual pattern can alter after any intervention due to stress and the associated hormone imbalance. Your current symptoms can be a side effect of the medication used during and after the surgery. Please take adequate rest, healthy diet and follow up regularly. Use medication to relieve symptoms. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
