Can Anemia And Insomnia Be Related To Heavy Bleeding Each Month?

I have blood tinged disharge I bleed heavy every month somtimes months a time with maybe a few days not bleeding im having bad abdominal pains sometimes I have an odor I need this to go away its ruining my life im loosing hair I have insomnia im anemic now help..

It seems you are going through a serious medical condition that requires urgent medical attention.
Problems with your pelvic organs such as pelvic diseases, uterine/ovarian tumors, endometriosis etc can lead to the symptoms you have cited. You should normally have booked to see a gynecologist as soon as possible before the symptoms get worst. Anemia (low hemoglobin level) is because of the heavy bleeding whereas insomnia is as result of poor tolerance to the anemia.
In any case, your situation requires urgent medical attention.
