Can Anal Sex Cause Flu Symptoms?

Hi, I am a male who had anal sex wth another man after having some great sex . Later the next morning i began to sweat and almost have flu systoms. Was that the body fighting the cum inside my rectum? I did not use a comdom wanted the incredable expericence of him cuming inside me.
