Can Anaemia Cause Bloodshot And Chest Pain?

hello ive been having chest pain on my left side for nearly a year now.ive had an ecg and monitor test done on my heart but am still getting chest pain.my doc said im borderline animic.my left eye before has become bloodshot i did not mention this to my gp,but lately it aches behind my left eye and appears to be bloodshot more often.also still getting chest pain,felt brused inside in the moring when i got up one morning.
