I been on the pill for 7 months now, 2 months go I had unprotected sex and now when I pee there is blood and I feel like I have to pee again.. You're having a UTI. Unrelated to your periods whatsoever! Get antibiotics stat! Good luck, I hate UTIs too :(

Since you were on pills & did a unprotected sex 2 months ago there are less chances of getting pregnant if you never missed a pill.As for bleeding in urine & increased frequency can be due to urinary track infection.But if you have missed periods then get a pregnancy test done for personal satisfaction .Or else consult a doctor who will prescribe antibiotic for urinary infection.
